She has been in the field of fitness, health and healing for over thirty years. Although Cara has many years of teaching experience, she always tries to keep a beginner's mind. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, which gives her a strong foundation and excellent understanding of the physical body when teaching the alignment of asana and creating vinyasa yoga classes. Passionate about creating and supporting yoga teachers, Cara is a Yoga Alliance continuing education provider, and 200 Hour teacher training facilitator. Cara is certified in Prenatal Yoga. She is also certified in Yoga Trance Dance and has created her own version called "YogaDance" which she often teaches at her yearly Women's Retreats.

Lila Lolling has 20 years experience teaching yoga philosophy, asana, meditation, and spirituality around the globe. She is an international yoga teacher for 200hr and 300hr Yoga Alliance accredited schools as well as yoga therapy programs. Lila has been featured in Yoga Journal, Yoga International, ABC News, and presented at the United Nations in 2018. She is known for her joyful and light-hearted presentation style and her passion for sharing classical yoga teachings and applying them to modern life.

Mackenzie Kear is a 200HR certified vinyasa yoga teacher, and a 200HR certified Vipassana meditation teacher from the Mahayana Buddhist lineage, which is the lineage practiced by the Dalai Lama. Mackenzie's passion and curiosity for all thing spiritual led her to the practices of yoga and meditation at a young age. Her empathetic and intuitive nature make her a natural and gifted teacher.
